Your challenges
Your job is to create small andmedium data platforms. Those platforms can be dashboards, apps, form, excel sheets,… Depending on what is the most relevant. You’ll tackle it from the user perspective, design the architecture and implement it.
- Develop robust data management solutions, including dashboards, web apps, platforms, forms, Power App,..
- Develop and implement data pipelines using R, Python, SQL, and other relevant languages.
- Design and implement database architectures, data models, schemas, and processing solutions.
- Work with the Google API, Meta API and other REST APIs.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for business use, and provide technical leadership on data projects.
- Work with multiple digital marketing tools and setup of the right KPI’s.
- Assisting in researching & writing white papers, cases & blogs.
- As we’re part of a larger group, you are given the chance to participate in various internal cross-team/cross-agency task forces that help build our company (also non-digital related, that tackles the way we work, how we can contribute to society, team building, etc).
Your talents

- Bachelor's (or master’s) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent through experience
- You are French and/ or Dutch native and fluent in English.
- Experience & strong affinity with digital marketing platforms.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in R and/or Python programming. No issue if you only know one of the two languages, you’ll quickly learn the second one.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks are a plus.
- Experience with deploying web platforms is a plus (HTTP, Apache/Nginx server, security, scalability , Docker, ...).
- Goal-oriented, strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Data is your passion & you complement this with your drive, good work ethics & curiosity.
- Agility & flexibility are must-have skills. Sometimes, we must match our client’s infrastructure, meaning we might be unable to choose the tools we work with ourselves.
- You highly value communication in which you centralise teamwork, assertiveness & proactivity.
